The impact crusher produced by our company adopts A type hammer, which is different from other blow hammers in the market. The four corners of the A type hammer head can be used, which increases the service life of the hammer; at the same time, the impact plate and the lining plate all use new wear-resistant materials, which increases the service time of consumables and saves costs for customers.
Working principle:
The impact crusher uses the typical impact crushing principle, specifically, there are three impact crushing phenomena in the crushing process: iron hitting stone, stone hitting iron, and stone hitting stone. When the ore enters the crushing cavity, the hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor directly hits the ore, so that the ore moves at a high speed; during the hitting and movement process, the collision between the ore, the hammer and the liner plate forms stone hitting iron and iron hitting stone. In the crushing process such as , stone hitting stone, during the collision process, the stone is broken and shaped for many times, so that the ideal crushing effect can be formed.
