DT belt conveyors have the following forms:
(1) Distinguish in the form of transmission:
1. Chain drive series: Adopt cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor) and chain drive structure.
2. Mechanical transmission series: The structure is driven by a side-mounted reducer and a belt.
3. Electric drum drive series: the direct transmission of electric drum is adopted.
(2) Distinguish by installation form:
1. Fixed series
2. The mobile series is equipped with a tire walking mechanism and an inclination adjustment device, which can be adjusted freely according to the requirements of loading and unloading operations.
(3) Distinguish in the form of structure:
1. The conveyor machine has three structural forms: channel steel, frame and truss.
2. When ordering a belt conveyor, the user should specify two types: with or without side walkway.
