HC series singlecylinder hydraulic cone crusher is adjusted by hydraulic pressure. The movable cone evenly moves back and forth around the center line of the fixed cone. Hydraulic mechanism instead of a mechanical mechanism helps to reduce a lot of mechanical external devices, intelligent control can be realized by hydraulic cone crusher.

Due to the different working principles of hydraulic cone crusher and spring cone crusher, the design and structure of the two are different. The size adjustment of the discharge opening of the traditional spring cone crusher is realized by the adjustment of the spring. When the diameter of the discharge opening needs to be increased, loosen the spring,  when the discharge opening needs to be reduced, tighten the spring. Hydraulic cone crusher is much more convenient, the size adjustment of the discharge setting is automatically realized by driving the piston of the hydraulic cylinder. When the discharge set is increased, it can be completed as long as the oil intake of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled. However, when the discharge port needs to be reduced, the oil return amount of the hydraulic cylinder needs to be controlled. The fixed point of the discharge set of the spring cone crusher is the suspension point and the bottom point of the movable cone. The fixed point of the adjustment discharge port of the hydraulic cone crusher is the bottom point of the fixed cone. Therefore, the principles of hydraulic cone crusher and spring cone crusher are different, they are also different in design and structure.


The hydraulic cone crusher has better performance than the traditional cone crusher in terms of the whole principle and design. Hydraulic cone crusher works more efficient, and  has a better discharge pass rate. There is more room for material selection. The material selection of traditional cone crusher is limited to some fragile stones and minerals. After using hydraulic cone crusher, almost all rocks can be crushed, and almost all coarse and fine crushing can be done. Difficult ultra-fine crushing can be completed.


Working principle

The movable cone and the vertical shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve, which is driven by the horizontal shaft, the pulley and the bevel gear. The pulley is driven by the motor through the V-belt. The lower part of the vertical shaft is put into the eccentric sleeve, and when the eccentric sleeve rotates, a conical surface is drawn with the shaft. Therefore, when the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, the ore is crushed. The ore falls into the machine from the feeding port through the distribution plate, and the distribution plate is installed on the upper end of the vertical shaft. Due to the rotation of the vertical shaft, vibration is obtained, and the ore is evenly distributed around the cone.
