Working principle:

When the ball mill is working, the raw materials enter the mill barrel through the feeding hollow shaft, 

and the barrel is equipped with grinding media (steel balls, steel sections, etc.) of various diameters; when the barrel rotates around the horizontal axis at a certain speed, the Under the action of centrifugal force and frictional force, the medium and raw materials in the cylinder, when the cylinder reaches a certain height, when their own gravity is greater than the centrifugal force, will be ejected or rolled down from the inner wall of the cylinder, and will be broken due to the impact force. At the same time, during the operation of the mill, the sliding movement of the grinding media between each other also produces a grinding effect on the raw materials. The ground material is discharged through the discharge hollow shaft. Due to the continuous and uniform feeding, the pressure of the material in the cylinder promotes the movement of the material in the cylinder from the feeding end to the discharging end. During wet grinding, the material is taken away by the water flow; during dry grinding, the material is taken away by the airflow drawn out of the cylinder.
