The sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher) produced by MSLQ has advanced technology and absorbed the advantages of the vertical shaft crusher of mining machines in the market, it is a vertical shaft crusher with the domestic advanced level through technological innovation. With its unique rotor design and wear-resistant materials, this machine not only improves production capacity and product quality, but also reduces production costs and consumption of wear parts. The crusher is widely used for medium crushing, fine crushing, sand making and stone shaping of stone materials required for construction, water conservancy, railway, high-grade highway and industrial sand. The materials suitable for crushing include: limestone, river scintillation stone, basalt, granite, iron ore, metal ore and other non-ferrous ores, construction aggregates and other medium and strong abrasive materials with hardness not greater than 250MPa.

Design Highlights

1) Centered sliding door design: No matter the size of the center opening, the material falls into the rotor in the center, and the rotor runs more smoothly. The upper hopper of other crushers adopts a single sliding door structure.

2) After the center is completely closed, the air cannot enter, and the dust is greatly reduced;

3) It is convenient for inspection, maintenance and replacement of wear parts. And other stone and iron models from home and abroad have no central access door.

The upper feeding hopper must be opened during maintenance. This greatly shortens equipment maintenance time and improves work efficiency.

4) Both stone-on-stone and stone-on-iron models are equipped with overflow ports. By adjusting the size of the central feeding port, the overflow flow can be increased or decreased, and the processing capacity and crushing effect of the crusher can be changed. When crushing the stone with low hardness, the stone-for-iron model is used. By increasing the overflow, the effect of mixing iron and stone can be achieved, which can not only increase the processing capacity of the crusher, but also avoid over-crushing of the material and make the material grade better.

5) The flat anvil is used, most of the stones are hit in the middle, and the sand forming rate is high. Some company's products adopt cylindrical structure, the strike is not in the center, and the gap is easy to block mud and sand, which reduces the effect of stone hitting iron.

6) Deep cavity rotor, the rotor height is large, and the processing capacity is larger than that of domestic equipment of the same type, reaching the processing capacity of the same type of equipment of international famous brands.

7) Four-channel impeller. The impeller adopts four-channel design to improve the material throughput. Other domestic brands of vertical shaft impact crushers are all three-channel structure.

8) Thin oil lubrication system helps realize automatic lubrication and no need for manual daily maintenance. With less oil, oil leakage, undervoltage, overheating protection; large cooling fan, good heat dissipation effect; low temperature heating, suitable for low temperature weather in northern winter.

9) Perfect control system (optional): ABB soft starter is adopted, which has overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and phase loss protection; remote control; vibration alarm protection; real-time temperature display protection. It is started in association with the lubrication station, and the working status of the lubrication station is monitored in real time.

10) The key components use internationally renowned brand products to ensure product reliability. Supporting imported bearings, ABB soft starters, imported thin oil lubrication stations, German Deshi seals, etc.


Economical

1) The stone-on-iron cavity and the stone-on-stone cavity are easily interchangeable, which can save more procurement costs;

2) High-power, deep-cavity rotor, one machine provides higher production capacity, reduces system production lines, and reduces overall procurement costs;

3) The four-channel rotor is used, which is one less throwing head than the five-channel rotor;

4) The block type throwing head has higher utilization rate and more saving than the integral type throwing head;

5) Thin oil lubrication has smaller internal resistance and lower power consumption than grease lubrication;

6) Compared with the one-time consumption of lubricating grease, the circulating use of thin oil has lower cost.

7) The main wear parts supporting manufacturers are the same as the international famous brands, with high quality and wear resistance.


Environmental friendly 

Domestic and foreign stone-forging models are not crowded into the hopper, and the center hole cannot be completely closed, and a large amount of dust will be generated during dry production. We use the overflow door structure on the stone-and-iron model, which can adjust the center hole, and the opening is appropriate, so that the filling is full, the air does not enter from the center hole, and the dust pollution is less.


Wide adaptability

1) The machine can realize the exchange of stone-to-stone and stone-to-iron by replacing the crushing cavity, so as to adapt to different types of rocks;

2) It has various functions of fine crushing, shaping and sand making to meet the needs of different processes;

3) It is suitable for dry and wet sand making, as well as for viscous stone processing.


Working principle

The machine is composed of motor and motor base, cylinder cover and hydraulic opening device, cylinder and frame, rotor part, lubrication system, etc. The rotor part is driven by the motor through the pulley and rotates at high speed. The coarse material falls onto the rotor platform through the feeding hopper, and is thrown out by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor platform. They collide with each other and circulate repeatedly, so that the coarse material becomes the required fine material, which falls from the lower hopper and enters the next screening and cleaning process, so as to achieve the effect of turning the stone into requested artificial sand.
