In the stone production line, the most commonly used equipment is crusher equipment, including jaw crusher for coarse stone crushing, impact crusher for secondary fine crushing, or heavy stone crusher for primary breaking. Sometimes it is necessary to design impact crusher (sand making machine) according to process requirements. Here, in the stone production line, most of the maintenance should be done for crusher. Good maintenance work of the crushers will help the successful running of the whole crushing station. Briefly describe the maintenance of crusher equipment:

1. Bearing  

The bearing of crusher is the most likely to be damaged, and the wear is relatively large in use, so it needs frequent maintenance, and frequent lubrication can increase the service life of the bearing.

2. Lubrication

Regular checking and timely lubrication of the friction surface can ensure the normal operation of the jaw crusher and prolong the service life of the equipment. The grease added to the bearing seat is 50-70% of the volume and must be replaced every three months. When changing the lubrication oil, clean gasoline or kerosene should be used to carefully clean the track of the bearing rollers. When the toggle plate is in contact with the toggle plate pad, lubricating grease must be injected before the crusher starts.

3, Daily Working

In order to ensure that the crusher is in a good technical state, and can be put into operation at any time, the operator is requested to arrange periodically maintenance and/or replace consumable parts or repairs and make careful records.
