After the jaw crusher is turned on, stones can usually be directly crushed. However, if the feed is not single, especially when it contains some sundries, there is a probability of material jamming, or even no discharging from crushers. This seriously affects the production efficiency, so when you encounter similar problems, you must solve them as soon as possible. The general solution is as follows:

First of all, it is necessary to analyze from the first step, classify the raw materials, reduce the mixing of different types of raw materials, and filter the raw materials that do not meet  the requirements, so as to improve the operation efficiency and reduce unnecessary problems;

Secondly, in terms of technology, do a good job in screening, washing, mixing raw stones and moisture control. When encountering some difficult-to-handle raw materials, first ensure the dryness of the materials, improve the purity of the materials to be crushed, and remove non-conforming materials. When the above proceduresare still not valid, it is necessary to test the crusher, reduce the spindle speed, and expand the range of the discharge setting. It should be noted that when adjusting the discharge setting, pay attention with the adjusting angle: be sure to have an inclination and not be too flat.
