The production line of fine sand making equipment is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. The designed capacity is generally 50-500 tons/hour. According to different process requirements, various types of equipment are combined to meet the different process requirements of customers.

Process introduction

First, the feeding stone is crushed by the primary crusher;

The crushed coarse material is transported by the belt conveyor to the secondaryand tertiary crusher for further crushing. The crushed stone material enters the vibrating screen to screen out requested output stones. Excessive stones will be returned for crushing . Part of the stones will be crushed to make sand, and will be cleaned by the sand washing machine (optional) to make finished sand, other discharged stones will be final output.

Scope of application

The production line of sand making equipment is an automatic machine, it has low operating cost, high crushing rate, energy saving, large output, less pollution, and easy maintenance. Crushed stones can be made into construction sand, abrasives, refractory materials, cement, quartz sand, steel sand, slag powder, copper ore, iron ore, gold ore, concrete aggregate, asphalt aggregate and other hard and brittle materials.
